Fitted with a new Bettinardi Studio Stock grip.The Bettinardi 2011 Studio Stock 8 putter has the modern classic anser heal-toe weighted design. The SS8 differs from the SS1 design in that it has a sharper head shape with a raised toe. The appearance at address is more squared and compact. This putter features a standard plumber's neck and includes Bettinardi's patented Tour F.I.T. face. This is currently the only Studio Stock putter available in both right and left hand.
The finish on the Studio Stock series putters is Borealis Black. The finish is black, but the borealis part offers a unique opalescent shine to the putter like no other putter. The signature Bettinardi honeycomb "B" is stamped on the face and filled with red paint. The back of the putter sports a matching honeycomb "B" similarly fillled with red paint. The sole of the club is stamped, and features a red, white and blue filled star. The SS8 is not only shows as a beautifully crafted putter, but also feels great on the greens.
